Cutting Vinyl

Cut vinyl lineals to custom size for frame assembly.

Welding the Window

All windows are fusion welded together for strength and longevity of the product.

Cleaning the Window

We clean all vinyl so it is ready for assembly.

Cutting the Glass

We custom cut each piece of glass on our state of the art glass optimizing machine.

Applying Super Spacer

We apply our energy efficient super spacer to the glass units to seal and create your insulated glass unit.

Butyl

We seal the unit with butyl rubber

Glazing

We install glass into the sash frames

Screen Build

We use fiberglass screens to keep the insects out.
