Step 1: Cutting Vinyl
Cut vinyl lineals to custom size for frame assembly.
Step 2: Welding the Window
All windows are fusion welded together for strength and longevity of the product.
Step 3: Cleaning the Window
We clean all vinyl so it is ready for assembly.
Step 4: Cutting the Glass
We custom cut each piece of glass on our state of the art glass optimizing machine.
Step 5: Applying Super Spacer
We apply our energy efficient super spacer to the glass units to seal and create your insulated glass unit.
Step 6: Butyl
We seal the unit with butyl rubber
Step 7: Glazing
We install glass into the sash frames
Step 8: Screen Build
We use fiberglass screens to keep the insects out.
